League Communication Platform

Proposal:
Move the League Communication platform to Slack immediately. This includes League Amendment (outside this vote), MiLB Draft, League Headquarters (Rules and Calendar), MiLB Bidding, etc. It will be required that ALL owners use Slack as there will be no ability to participate in important league functions outside Fantrax without it. The Forum will be sunset as an Archive-Only, for historical purposes.

Status Quo:
Keep using the Forum as the only League Communication platform. League Amendment voting, MiLB Draft, League Rules & Calendar, MiLB Bidding would all remain as-is.

This was seconded by Billy M and now is up for a 7 day voting period where a majority of votes made will be needed to pass.
