Major League Roster Cut Date

Since we had a tie on the Yes-No part of this, we'll solve it quicker this way. You get a choice of months as to when the Major League Roster Cut Date should be. This is the month (we'll pick a specific date later) where your rosters must be trimmed down to the legal roster count with no one on the DL.

Here are all the months after the season is over.

March


March is the default system we have now, where as you have to cut your rosters before we open waivers. This usually happen about 5 days before the start of the season. Since regular season games start at the end of March, 5 days (maybe a week) before the end of March is basically the option that we currently use.

If we use any of the other months, we'll decide on a specific date afterwards.

Opening of the waiver period (March) will be the date to trim rosters down to size.
