Cutdown MiLB Roster based on number of picks owned

This would be at a specific date and could piggyback off my Mini Draft idea and make any of these “cut” players eligible in that years Mini Draft.

Do not agree with this, as teams could trade their picks before needing to make space. You should have to drop before picking if you don't have the space, but I think we have to allow for the real possibility that you could trade (or trade FOR) picks that wouldn't require roster space.

I dont like this tied to a specific number of draft picks. Another way to do this would be a minors keeper limit. Maybe keep 17 or 18 and have the keeper deadline before the mini draft.

I'm with Jammy on this one. Too many options available to do that, plus we do give the expansion teams the option to finish out their MILB rosters after all.
