MiLB Bid Cash Roll-Over option

In this poll we will be voting on giving every team the ability to roll-over a maximum of $10 in Bid Cash to the next season.

This would allow teams with full MiLB rosters to utilize their bid cash more effectively besides a use it, trade it, or lose it scenario that we currently have and in my opinion add another element of strategy.
