| I believe this is how we've done it recently but our "rules" seem to suggest otherwise. I believe the rule should be stated as follows;
Any player that is under the MLB Rookie Standards 130 AB's or 50 IP is eligible for the MiLB Draft OR was signed AFTER the previous year's MiLB Draft.
This would clarify draft eligibility on players like Yulieski Gurriel of Houston who is right at 130 AB's.

| I think you have to add a clarification at the end of that sentence -
...and before the official start of current year's MiLB draft.

Also adding to this that any player selected that does have MLB service time may be placed directly on your MLB Roster if you choose. Example of this would be Yuli Gurriel.

| I think it would be more grammatically correct (and clearer) if "is eligible for the MiLB Draft " was at the end of the sentence, | |

| I think that a statement similar to what Bryan suggested on players that have major league experience should be adopted that reads:
"Any player selected that has MLB service time and qualifies under the MLB Rookie Standard of <130 ABs or 50 IP may be placed in either an owners active/reserve or minors roster at the discretion of the drafting owner".
As an example look at Steve Hathaway, RP, Diamondbacks. He has 15 MLB IP. He is currently listed as being on the Diamondbacks MLB depth chart as a relief pitcher having been a September call up on 9/6/16. IMO it would be wrong to require him to have to be placed in an owners active/reserve roster if he is selected in the Milb draft. Fred
