| - Money Payout; basically the same except for tweaks due to CBS cost and daz's old team. Can be viewed Here- Expanded MiLB to 20 players after draft - This actually slipped my mind since it was brought up so long ago, but was mentioned in another league I am in. I am gonna talk to Kevin and Pach real quick and post the changes. But this is in regards to bid credits and time limit I think that is basically it; let meknow if I missed something. | |

I think that is basically it; let meknow if I missed something. ' Also, when it comes to bidding in season.. we are not allowing College, High School, or any unsigned/or current 2009 Class International Signees to be bid upon and added to Minor League Rosters correct?? So that we can have a REAL off-season draft every off-season of 3 Rounds? | |

| Thank God my unborn son is protected from this. Would really piss me off if someone like Malta signed him and have to play for some overachieving one year wonder . |

| what if a foreign player signs while the draft is already in progress? ...like says we're the 5th round and some stud signs that week.. does that mean whoevers turn it is can take him? |
