Damnit. I wish I held onto Blake Dewitt and would have offered him with Pedro Feliciano.

Konerko, 2009 1st, 2nd and 3rd round or 2010 1st round pick (instead of the 3rd rounder this year), or if you don't like Konerko, I'll give you the 4 picks. Whatever. Or, pick an IF prospect of mine you like. Or,.... well, I'll stop there.

Sean Rod for A-Rod!!!!!

I was going to make an offer, but I don't really know if my team would fit your trade needs.

I will make you an offer in private. I don't think its right that you are making everyone post their offers for everyone to see.

I thought it was a cheese move myself as I made him a real offer thru CBS. How many prospects on one team is enough???

Alright....there have been some great offers so far.

Right now the favorites for the trade would be:

OC Milf Hunters
Indiana Elite
Team Budweiser
Seventh Inning Stretch

Trying to suggest an order seems a little tough since all have their individual high points.

I won't be making my decision till this Friday so if you would like to vary your offers off of what you have already seem that is fine.

Can't say its what I'd do but I guess you can't knock it, he's getting some hell of some offers and mostly because we all know what each other is offering. Some disagree with it, but he's started a bidding war... seems exactly what he was looking to accomplish.

good luck to Knuckleball, you've inherited quite the mess...

Great point. I know I've made as crappy an offer as everyone else based on the request. But, just for a point of reference - I know he needs to rebuild this thing from the ground up. But are FUTURE picks when 300 of the top guys are already gone really going to get the job done? And for A-Rod?

That is, are we really going to allow a trade where A-Rod gets traded for a top prospect and draft picks? I'm not trying to hamstring the guy, but none of these offers seem to even come close to helping significantly let alone be the value of A-Rod. If you tell me you want someone to give 3 or 4 current top prospects and/or a young Major Leaguer, I get that. But 1 top prospect (which is still a crap shoot) and 2 or 3 future draft picks? I don't get it.

I agree that nobody's going to take this team for anything more than free, but I'd just as soon have it lay fallow than have this happen. I guess we can wait to see what the final deal looks like, but quite frankly I don't like the way its headed (and as much as I complain about EVERYTHING, this is the 1st time I've said boo about any trade).

Looking to see what offers might be had for Maggs since I have a possible deal on the table but know a few of you had previously shown interest in acquiring him.

Send me a private message with your offer.

May be willing to include Green or Drabek in the deal.

If a deal can not be reached I will probably offer him up again after the Milb draft or early into the season.
