New Owner Player Distribution

A draft:

The teams that are without an owner, have their players thrown into a pool. Then we invite new owners, and they get to draft from that player pool, rather than just picking a team.

+More attractive for new owners
+More control over their new teams.
+Creates more action, and trades in the league.
+Lower chance of abandonment, due to constructing the team yourself, albeit with limited choices.
-I don't even know a downside

Status Quo:

-Harder to recruit people to take over lousy teams.
-Higher chance of abandonment


This also doesn't affect any one of you guys, this is strictly a new owner recruitment poll.
