Minor League Bidding - Response to Indiana Elite

I believe anyone can have bids that would total in excess of $30. If said manager wins a bid, then the other bid he made would be voided.

Player A Manager A $15 Manager B $18 3pm
Player B Manager C $12 Manager B $15 4pm

If manager B wins player A then manager C would become the winning bid for Player B.

I believe that is the example in the rules.
