Please clarify -that seems pretty clear that 10 is valid.

I've certainly always been under the impression that up until a double-digit bid (in this case $10) is made a $1 bid is fine, but once you bid double digits you have to raise by $3. Which is why I bid $9 instead of $8 here. Please add Andujar to my roster whenever it's convenient. Thanks

It's been this way since I've been apart of the league. It's $1 increments, up UNTIL $10 at $10 it becomes $3. So $8 could become $9, but $9 has to become at least $12.

I do agree it's written poorly, but the way it has been enforced hasn't been changed.

Its written just fine, you just can't interpret English correctly - impressions do not matter:
Definition of until
: up to and including (a particular time)
—used to indicate the time when something will happen, become true, etc.

My bid was valid and the 24 hrs have passed.

Well, you can interpret your bid as valid, but it wasn't ruled that way by a commish. Over 24 hours passed since that ruling, making my bid valid.

Up until $10, means if you bid $10, it has to be $3 higher than the previous bid, which yours wasn't. You're correct that it is written pretty clearly, which is how I interpreted it.
