Reallocation of Winnings due to extra Fantrax $

We neglected this and never had the emergency commish vote before the season started. This has to be done so that we can allocate the extra Fantrax money to this year's winnings. We have 3 separate proposal's back in the spring that received traction, we'll vote on those. I realize a possible new league structure could affect those payouts in 2016. That will call for another vote at that time. I'm going to leave this emergency commish poll up for 14 days. I'll send out a few league wide emails during that time. Whichever option in the lead at poll close will win and be used for this season and beyond unless voted on to be changed in the 2016 offseason.

Option 1: Bryan's Proposal

1st Place: $415 ($+15)
2nd Place: $215 ($+15)
3rd Place: $100
4th Place: $30

Division Winners: $50 (+$25 x 4)
Wildcard Winners: $25 (+$15 x 2)
Best Record: $50

Statistical Winners: $20 x 12 categories

2nd Place: $200
3rd Place: $100
4th Place: $30

Division Winners: $45 (+$20 x 4)
Wildcard Winners: $20 (+$10 x 2)
Best Record: $50

Statistical Winners: $25 (+$5) x 12 categories

Option 3: Al's Proposal

1st place: $400

Division winners: $60 (+$35 X 4)
Wild Card Winners: $20 (+10 X 2)
