3rd Commisioner for 2013

I'd like to vote on electing a 3rd Comissioner for the 2013 season. We had at one point, Al, Stephen, and Kevin. At some point, not sure when, Kevin stepped down leaving only two. Al and Stephen do a good job but this league was built to be led by 3 commishes.


I'd like to volunteer, if anyone else would like to volunteer then it'd go for a vote in the offseason voting period.
