fix for the new changes too CBS

I have a idea for the new changes that CBS did where you can not send a 1 for 0 trade. Can we expand the minor league roster to 21 and everyone get a player named draft pick or placeholder something like this so we can use to offer trades or for offering draft pick trades? If we trade it then the place holder can be moved back to that player. It is a pain to try to ask about a player now having to add one of your players making it look like you are doing a unfair trade. This slot is not to give another minor league player just for the placeholder and cant be used for any other reason you still only get the 20 minor league players. I don't think this would be too complicated and it would allow us to do business as usual.

Sounds like a pretty solid plan
