I'd say give GMs a week to prepare. Maybe next Monday the 12th?

Anytime next week works for me. Or later in the month. Not really a ton to go on right now anyway.

So far 2 to 1 vote on one week from now as opposed to a month from now.

Start of week 3 or 4, should have atleast a week or two of minor league games.

I agree with week 3 or 4 of the minor league season.

I say two or three weeks... Guessing all international signings that were'nt draft eligible are off limits right?

If you agreed with my post it would be like week 2 or 3 of the minor league season since the minors don't start until this weekend.

So would 3 weeks be from the date the poll opened? So the bidding system would open on 4/28, correct?

Looks like its near the end of the vote. It will be 3 weeks from the start of the thread, so whatever date that is, THEN. I don't know if its 4/28, but I'd be fine with that date.

3 weeks from the start of the thread would be 4/25. I've got my targets all lined up.
