Actually your $11 bid is illegal by bidding rules... So Dingo's $9 stood and i topped it with $11. Since you are currently high bidder on Montgomery with $4 and Johnson with $1 that'd give you only $8 to bid with.

------If you are bidding on players simultaneously, it will be the first player you bid on that make you go over the budget that will be eliminated. Hypothetically you bid $50 on both Player A and Player B, and have the top bid on both of them. But then another player raises you for Player A, then you bid $65 on Player A, then your bid for Player A will be cancelled, unless someone tops your bid for Player B. If someone tops your offer for Player B, then you are no longer committed to the payment of Player B, thus you may increase until you are maxed out and still following the rules on the increase zone. Bidding on a player is viewed as putting your money into the stream already. If someone outbids you, then your money is given back to you. If you have the top bid, then be aware of the fact that amount is already deducted from your account until someone outbids you. Once another person outbids you, you will regain that money back into your account.
